Joint seminar in San Francisco to present best practices and product strategies for requirements definition and management

The presentations will cover strategies for requirements elicitation, identifying missing requirements, and requirements definition in agile practices, and will include a discussion of IBM Rational's product strategy for the requirements definition and management space, presented by IBM Rational.
