The annual awards recognize the most innovative, trend-making, ahead-of-the-curve products. The Jolt awards are considered the Oscars of the software development industry, and the winners will be announced at SD Expo West, March 19-23, 2007 at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Silicon Valley, California.
