RAVENFLOW REPORTS RECORD REVENUE FOR 2008
Ravenflow caps growth year with multi-million dollar contract from global systems integrator
EMERYVILLE, CA—January 12, 2009—Ravenflow™, the leader in Business Process Requirements Definition™, today announced that sales of RAVEN software licenses in 2008 more than doubled over 2007. Ravenflow also announced a multi-million dollar, multi-year contract with a major global systems integrator.
"Even in this tough economic climate, demand for our award-winning RAVEN solution for business process requirements definition continues to climb," said Susan Boers, president and CEO of Ravenflow. "The fact that one of the preeminent global systems integrators, who has been a long time user of RAVEN, chose this time to roll out RAVEN to 15,000 analysts demonstrates that investing in solutions that improve business processes can pay off in reducing costs, increasing customer satisfaction, and accelerating time to market. This is the second Fortune 100 company to standardize on RAVEN across the enterprise for business process improvement and requirements projects in the fourth quarter of 2008."
With the new release of RAVEN 5.0, as well as 2009 advantageous pricing changes, RAVEN sales are expected to continue to increase. At the end of 2008, even before these numbers were released, analyst firm IDC named Ravenflow the fastest growing vendor in the requirements field.
