Susan Boers—President and CEO
Susan Boers joined Ravenflow in 2008 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Ravenflow, Susan served as President of Telelogic North America, Inc., the leader in Enterprise Lifecycle Management, responsible for their North and South American operations. Susan was with Telelogic for more than 14 years. For the past 18 years, Susan has specialized in the domain of requirements management and was responsible for introducing the first requirements solution to North America and more recently, spearheading the success of the DOORS solution, which continues world market leadership. Susan will work to further expand Ravenflow's leadership position in requirements elicitation and definition by expanding both customer and partner initiatives. Susan holds a B.S. in biology, with minors in mathematics and music, from the University of Oregon.

Christine Davis—Vice President, Finance
Christine has over 20 years of diverse finance, accounting, and real estate operations experience in venture-funded startup, IPO, public, and re-start/turnaround environments. Prior to joining Ravenflow, Christine held positions as chief financial officer of Southfork Development Group, vice president and corporate controller of DoveBid, Inc., and Ask Jeeves, Inc. (now Ask.com). Additionally, Christine has held controllership positions at TIBCO Software, Inc. and TCSI Corporation. Her extensive experience in the finance and accounting area include audit, tax, internal controls, SEC compliance, risk management, shareholder services, and SEC and management reporting for primarily publicly-traded software development and technology companies. She served as a key member of the IPO team at both Ask Jeeves and TCSI, leading the company’s due diligence and SEC registration efforts. She also led the restructuring efforts while at Ask Jeeves related to re-negotiating real estate leases, subleases and terminations. Christine holds a B.S. in business administration and finance from California State University Hayward.

David Ruiz—Vice President, Products
David is responsible for all product development activities at Ravenflow. With over 25 years of experience in software marketing and product management, David has been a founder of several successful start-up companies. Most recently he was cofounder at Apptero that created the Composer software for application prototyping and requirements definition that was acquired by Serena Software in March of 2005. Prior to that, Dave was vice president of product marketing at the web services start-up Avinon, as well as cofounder of the document workflow company ViewStar (now Global 360), where he was responsible for both product planning and product marketing. Between start-ups, David has been the principal of a consulting practice that offered a wide range of strategic marketing services to leading technology companies. He holds a B.S. in engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Jim Riley—Vice President, Sales
Jim Riley leads Ravenflow's sales strategies and operations. Jim brings extensive sales and management experience with more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Jim joined Ravenflow from Pegasystems, a provider of business process management (BPM) software solutions, where he led sales to the federal government. Prior to Pegasystems, Jim served as senior vice president of North American operations at Micro Focus, where he was responsible for all sales and marketing operations in North America. In addition, he has held executive management positions at Secure Software and IBM Rational Software, and earlier in his career, Data General, Oracle, and Sun Microsystems.

Jim Sciarra—Vice President, Operations
Jim is responsible for customer support, training, and services. He has a track record of building outstanding customer service operations from the ground up, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Before joining Ravenflow, Jim was vice president of services at Kadiri, where he created a successful support infrastructure. Jim gained his global management experience working at PeopleSoft for seven years. He helped to establish PeopleSoft's European support operation in Amsterdam, starting with two employees and growing a highly-competent team of more than 30 people that achieved ISO-9001 certification in its first year. Jim went on to spend three years as PeopleSoft's director of international support, leading multicultural teams of support engineers in 12 countries throughout Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. Jim holds a B.S. degree in telecommunications management from Syracuse University, and is also a Microsoft-Certified Systems Engineer.

Vince Corvo—Founder and CTO
Vince conceives, designs, and implements the proprietary core technologies of Ravenflow. His principal research interests lie on the border of theoretical mathematics and physics, but his system development activities concern the formal relationships between language, logic, and object structures. He received a B.S. in mathematics and an M.A. in philosophy from Stanford University, was a graduate research fellow in mathematics at Princeton University, and holds a Ph.D. in mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to founding Ravenflow, Vince was a principal analyst at XonTech, where he innovated radar tracking, control, and analysis systems. He is also a professor in liberal arts at the San Francisco Art Institute, and an adjunct professor in humanities and sciences at the California College of the Arts.
