Susan Boers
Susan Boers joined Ravenflow in 2008 as President and Chief Executive
Officer. Prior to joining Ravenflow, Susan served as president of
Telelogic North America, Inc., the leader in Enterprise Lifecycle
Management, responsible for their North and South American operations.
Susan was with Telelogic for more than 14 years. For the past 18 years,
Susan has specialized in the domain of requirements management and was
responsible for introducing the first requirements solution to North
America and more recently, spearheading the success of the DOORS
solution, which continues world market leadership. Susan works to
further expand Ravenflow's leadership position in requirements
elicitation and definition by expanding both customer and partner
initiatives. Susan holds a B.S. in biology, with minors in mathematics
and music, from the University of Oregon.
Bob Obuch
With over 35 years of executive management and venture capital experience, Bob Obuch, partner at Palomar Ventures, is well equipped to handle challenging negotiations, formulate concise business strategies, and guide management teams through their growth years. Bob particularly enjoys assisting early stage infrastructure and enterprise software companies in meeting and exceeding their business plan objectives. Prior to joining Palomar, Bob was a founding partner of BA Ventures, the venture capital arm of Bank of America, with more than $750 million under management. While at BAVP, Bob took an active role in Cogency Software, INNOVION, Prolinx, SpeechWorks, Synthon, and VNUS Medical. Over the years Bob led numerous successful ventures including Aurum/BAAN, XLNT/Intel and NetDialog/KANA. Earlier in his career, Bob held several senior management operating positions with application software and software service companies. Bob currently serves on the boards of Strix Systems and Stonefly Networks. He earned his CPA while working with Arthur Young and Company after graduating from Seton Hall University.
John Shoch
John F. Shoch, Ph.D., partner at Alloy Ventures, joined Craig Taylor as a venture capitalist in 1985. Before that, he was president of the Xerox Office Systems Division. He joined Xerox in 1971 and worked at its Palo Alto Research Center (PARC) where he helped develop the Ethernet, a local area network system. In 1980, he became the assistant to the CEO of Xerox. In 1982, John became president of the Office Systems Division, developing networked office systems derived from Xerox PARC research. He was a director of and founding investor in Conductus and Remedy. He is also a director of several private companies, including Ensenda, Kasenna, Knowledge Networks, and MontaVista Software. John received a B.A. (1971) in political science, an M.S. (1977), and a Ph.D. (1979) in computer science, all from Stanford University.
Roger Strauch
Roger Strauch is chairman of The Roda Group, a venture development company based in Berkeley, California. Roger is on the board of directors of three private companies including GameReady, Ravenflow, and Cardstore.com. Previous companies funded by The Roda Group include SightSpeed, PolyServe, and Ask Jeeves (now Ask.com). Roger was the first CEO and former chairman of Ask Jeeves. He was also a board member and former CEO of Symmetricom, a telecommunications equipment manufacturer, and a cofounder of TCSI Corp., a telecom software company. Roger has a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.S. from Stanford University, both in electrical engineering. He holds two patents in the area of wireless communications.

Peter N. Loukianoff—Chairman
Peter N. Loukianoff is Managing Partner of Almaz Capital Partners. Prior to co-founding Almaz Capital Partners, Peter was a partner at Alloy Ventures from 2001-2008. Prior to joining Alloy, he
was on the founding teams of Autonomy, Inc. (US), a pioneer in Internet search and categorization, and Ubiquinet, Inc., a location-based services and software company. Peter is a co-inventor of five patent-pending mobile messaging technologies that are enabling a new and exciting market in voice and visual mobile advertising. He is on the board of directors of Apptera and his past investments include Audiobasket, Versata (Nasdaq: VATA), Xactly and ZipRealty (Nasdaq: ZIPR). Peter earned an MBA and B.S. in engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
Chris Wong
Chris is a proven and highly-regarded strategist in the enterprise software industry. Over the past 25 years, Chris has held a variety of senior management positions and helped chart and participate in the execution of some of the most successful technology companies in Silicon Valley. He has extensive M&A and business development experience, leveraging a vast network of business partners and resources. Most recently, Chris has served as the CEO for PathConnect, a private new media company. Prior to PathConnect, he was the EVP and chief product officer for Agile Software, which was acquired by Oracle in July 2007. Previous to Agile, Chris was responsible for charting the strategic direction for product- and technology-related initiatives and activities at PeopleSoft as the vice president of products and technology strategy. Additionally, as the chairman, CEO, and founder of SkillsVillage, Inc. he led a start-up company from its inception to acquisition by PeopleSoft in June 2001. He is active on a number of boards including Compass Life Designs, the Make The Difference Network, the Joint US-China Cooperation on Clean Energy (JUCCCE), Pet Central Media, SkiSpace.com, PixBlitz Studios, and Orb Media.
Demian Entrekin
Demian was the Founder and CEO of Innotas, an industry leading provider of PPM for IT, from 1999 to 2006, where he oversaw company vision, marketing, product development, sales and services for the company. After raising venture capital in 2006, Entrekin took over the CTO role until 2008. Prior to Innotas, Entrekin co-founded and was Chief Architect of Convoy Corporation, which was acquired by New Era Networks in 1999. A recognized thought leader in Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software as a Service (SaaS), Entrekin has published numerous papers on PPM and his blog (
PPM Today) explores current issues related to successful PPM implementation. During his career, Demian has held leadership roles as a software engineer, consultant and as an entrepreneur, delivering commercial and corporate database applications. Demian holds a B.A. in English from UCLA and an M.A. in English from San Francisco State University.
